What does maintenance cost?
Weekly visits start at $55 depending on lot size, and seasonal cleanups from $340. We quote after seeing the property — usually from satellite imagery, without needing to visit.
When should I book a snow contract?
September. Contracts are seasonal at $520 and we cap how many we take, because a route we cannot clear by 7am is worthless to everyone on it.
What triggers a snow visit?
5cm of accumulation. You do not have to call — the route runs automatically and driveways are cleared before 7am.
Do you guarantee your builds?
Two years on hardscape workmanship. Settling happens, and we come back and fix it without an argument.
